Working with the client team at project inception to facilitate the right procurement strategy and recommendation of the most appropriate form of contract and contractor selection taking into account the client’s organisation, in-house expertise and resources and ensuring that the client’s risks in respect of safety, quality compromise, programme and budget are mitigated.
